Total Body Sculpting

Tue and Fri @ 9am

This strength conditioning class is a total body workout that will target all major muscle groups in a high energy format. In one hour, you will utilize free weights, resistance bands and your own body weight to perform compound exercises, incorporating superset principles and more.

Zumba Gold

A modified version of Zumba tailored for seniors, focusing on low-impact dance moves to improve flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health.
