A gentler version of Zumba designed for beginners and active older adults, focusing on balance, coordination, and enjoyable movement.

Total Body Conditioning Pilates

Core-focused exercise that improves posture, flexibility, and muscle strength through controlled, low-impact movements.

Yoga

Barre Class

This barre inspired class combines low impact cardio, light weights, floor work, and stretching - for the ultimate total body workout!  Each class is designed to work every muscle in the body, in a fun and approachable way. Routines are easy to follow and modifications can be made to suit every fitness level. Beginners are welcome!
